The Maintenance Scope: What We Do
We don't just "look" at your system; we perform a deep-dive technical audit twice a year:
Spring Cooling Prep: We perform a temperature split check, professional filter health check, CO2 & chemical drain treatment, electrical/refrigerant inspection, and a full outdoor coil water-wash.
Fall Heating Safety: We conduct a full Heat Pump check-up or Gas Furnace safety audit (checking limits, gas leaks, igniters, and cleaning the flame sensor and burner).
